COMPREHENSIVE 9 HOUR COURSE HELD OVER A 3 WEEK PERIOD, 3 CLASSES OF 3 HOUR DURATION EACH. 
Course information and discussion on:
	Discovering your body's own coping resources
	Positions and strategies used during labour and birthing
	Focus on keeping labour and birth normal
	Using techniques in order to avoid reliance on drug therapy and medical intervention
	Situations where pregnancy, labour and birth are not straightforward and medical assistance is necessary
	Infant feeding and early parenting 
	Tour of Birthcare

TWO VIA ZOOM AND ONE FACE TO FACE AT BIRTHCARE

WEEK ONE AND TWO ON ZOOM, IN THE COMFORT OF YOUR OWN HOME. WEEK THREE FACE TO FACE AT BIRTHCARE.
AN EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO YOU BEFORE EACH ZOOM CLASS CONTAINING A LINK SO YOU CAN ATTEND.
