Competition Terms & Conditions 

1. Prize 

  • 1× $100 The Warehouse gift voucher. 
  • The Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash. 
  • The Promoter may substitute the Prize with an item of equal or greater value if required. 

2. Promotion Period 

The promotion runs from 24 November 2025 until 11:59pm on 11 December 2025. 
The winner will be notified on 12 December 2025. 

3. How to Enter 

To enter: 

  1. Download and print the entry form from our website or collect a copy from Birthcare reception. 
  1. Colour it in. 
  1. Submit the completed form either: 
  • via email to marketing@evolutioncare.com, or 
  • in person at Birthcare reception. 

All entries must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian, who must sign the entry form confirming consent for the child to participate and acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. 

4. Eligibility 

  • Open to children 12 years of age and under residing in New Zealand. 
  • Entries must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian. 
  • Employees and families of Evolution Healthcare are not eligible to enter. 

5. Winner Selection 

The winner will be selected by the Evolution Healthcare marketing team, who will judge all eligible entries and choose the artwork they consider to be the best overall, based on creativity, effort, and presentation. 
This is a game of skill, and chance plays no part in determining the winner. 
The winner will be contacted using the parent or guardian’s details provided on the entry form. 

6. Publicity 

By submitting an entry, the parent or legal guardian consents to the Promoter using the child’s: 

  • first name 
  • age 
  • town/city 
  • entry artwork 

for publicity relating to this promotion, in any media, without further payment. 
 

Parents or guardians may opt out of publicity use by notifying the Promoter in writing at the time of entry. 

7. Privacy Notice 

The Promoter collects personal information to: 

  • administer the competition, 
  • contact the winner, and 
  • (where consent is given) manage publicity relating to the promotion. 

Information may be shared within Evolution Healthcare for these purposes but will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law. 
All information is stored securely and accessible only to authorised staff. 

Parents or guardians may request access to, or correction of, their personal information by contacting the Promoter. 

8. Further Terms 

  • This promotion is not endorsed, sponsored, administered by, or associated with Meta. 
  • The Promoter is Evolution Healthcare, Level 6, Fisher Funds House, 20 Ballance Street, Wellington 6011 
  • By submitting an entry, the parent or legal guardian is deemed to accept these Terms & Conditions on behalf of the child. 
  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury resulting from participation in this promotion. 
  • The Promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
