With over 30 years of experience supporting mums and babies, I bring a calm, practical, and deeply informed approach to every consultation. My journey began as a midwife, and for the past 14 years, I’ve specialised as a Lactation Consultant.
Alongside clinical care, I’m a qualified Naturopath — skills that shape the creative, holistic support I offer. I’ve worked in public hospitals, community health, and private practice, and I now proudly offer services at Birthcare.
As a mum of three adult children, I understand the challenges of new parenthood firsthand. My focus is always on building confidence, providing realistic, supportive care, and meeting each whānau where they’re at.
