I have worked for BCA for a long time. The joy that I have received by working here at Birthcare is reflected in the kotahitanga/collaborative concepts of Evolutions values. The people I have connected with over years are the meaning in my work life. We are like a family, sometimes dysfunctional, but always honest and fair (Manaakitanga) at the end of the shift!

We try to make a positive difference with everyone we work with and have fun along the way. We do our best work when it is collaborative and our story telling is essential. The friends I have made, I am grateful for, and make sense out of my day.
