Where can I park?

Birthcare offers free secure, undercover parking for all visitors. Please use the park side entry to 20 Titoki Street.

Park in a ‘Birthcare’ car park and take the lift to Level 2.

Additional Parking – public pay and display parking is available on surrounding streets should you find the car park full.

Please do not park in any parking that is not ‘Birthcare’ as you will be towed.

After hours there is an intercom at the front door as well as the basement entry. Press the button and someone will answer the bell and open the door / gate for you.

Where do I go when I arrive?

Please check in at reception on level 2 on arrival. The reception staff will carry out the admission process and will then notify the Birthcare clinical staff allocated to your care of your arrival.

Where do I go when I arrive?

Come to the main entrance and we will provide support until your midwife arrives, and for delivery if required.

When can my family visit?

8am – 8pm

Immediate family can visit (Father, grandparents, siblings of your baby).

2pm – 8pm

All family, whānau or close friends are welcome to visit.

How long can I stay at Birthcare for?

Standard rooms are free for up to 3 nights. Private rooms are partly funded for up to 3 nights. You can stay longer for a cost.
