Visitor Information

We encourage fathers, partners and family to visit and enjoy this special time. Please keep an eye on your children and do not allow them to wander off on their own.

Birthcare Auckland visiting hours:
8.00am to 8.00pm for partners
2.00pm to 8.00pm for all other visitors

We ask that please do not enter Birthcare Auckland if you: 

  • Have been in close contact with an international traveller, border or quarantine frontline staff member
  • Have been in close or casual contact with someone who is currently being tested for, or has been tested positive
  • Are waiting on a Covid swab test result for yourself
  • Are feeling unwell (Fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath).

Please scan our QR code upon entering our Birthcare facilities.

Parking

Birthcare offers free secure, undercover parking for all visitors. Please use the park side entry to 20 Titoki Street.
Park in a ‘Birthcare’ car park and take the lift to Level 2.

Additional Parking – public pay and display parking is available on surrounding streets should you find the car park full.

Please do not park in any parking that is not ‘Birthcare’ as you will be towed.
After hours there is an intercom at the front door as well as the basement entry. Press the button and someone will answer the bell and open the door / gate for you.
